Rollos de Canela


Esta semana estamos celebrando el primer aniversario de mi blog, y que mejor que preparar unos rollos de canela para celebrarlo? No los había preparado nunca, ni los había probado tampoco, pero tenía muchísimas ganas de hacerlos y hacía tiempo que estaban en mi lista de “Ideas para el blog”, así que he pensado que el momento ideal había llegado.


La verdad es que son facilísimos de hacer, lo único que requiere tiempo, pues tienen dos levados, pero el resultado es tan bueno que merece la pena esperar lo que sea para comerlos.

Os dejo el video de la receta paso a paso como siempre:

Ahora si, vamos con la receta:



650g de harina
7g de levadura seca de panadero
250ml de leche
75g de azúcar
75g de mantequilla
Una pizca de sal
4 huevos

120g de mantequilla fría
150g de azúcar moreno
40g de harina
5 cucharaditas de canela

100g de azúcar glass
4 cucharadas de nata


– Ponemos la mitad de la harina y la levadura en el bol de nuestra batidora y empezamos a mezclar con el accesorio del gancho.

– En un cazo, añadimos la leche, la mantequilla, el azúcar y la sal y lo calentamos hasta que se derrita la mantequilla pero sin que llegue a hervir.

– Añadir la mezcla de leche al bol de la harina y la levadura y mezclar.

– Incorporar los 4 huevos.

– Añadir el resto de la harina y amasar hasta tener una masa brillante y no pegajosa.

– Tapar la masa con papel film y dejar reposar durante aproximadamente 2h.



– Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol y amasar hasta que esté todo integrado. Reservar.


– Una vez hayan pasado las 2 horas, estirar la masa con un rodillo hasta formar un cuadrado de unos 30x30cm.

– Untamos toda la superfície con la masa de canela.

– Enrollamos el cuadrado sobre si mismo.

– Cortamos porciones de unos 2 dedos de grosor y los vamos poniendo en una fuente apta para horno engrasada. Los tenemos que poner un poco separados porque aún van a crecer más.

– Tapamos con papel film y dejamos reposar una hora más.

– Horneamos a 190ºC durante 25 minutos.



– Una vez los rollos de canela estén horneados y fríos, vamos a hacer el glaseado.

– Mezclamos el azúcar y la nata en un bol y mezclamos con una barilla. Tenemos que conseguir uque al levantar la barilla caiga de forma uniforme.

– Glaseamos los rollos.




Como veis son muy fáciles de hacer pero requieren mucho tiempo, pues al final son 3 horas de levados, más la preparación y el horneado.

Aún así, el resultado es tan bueno que merece la pena dedicarle un día a este postre… además, salen muchos (¡a mi me han salido como 20!) así que tenemos desayuno durante unos días!
